About Course

Quality refers to the set of inherent properties of an object that allows satisfying stated or implied needs.Quality can also be defined as a basic tool for a property of any part/ components/product/goods or service that allows it to be compared with any other part/components/product/goods or service of its kind. Total quality management is a structured approach to overall organizational management. The focus of the process is to improve the quality of an organization’s outputs, including goods and services, through continual improvement of internal practices. Total quality management describes a management approach in which all members of an organization participate in improving the processes, products, services, and the culture in which they work for long-term success through customer satisfaction.
