Project management is the way an engineer organizes and manages the resources that are necessary to complete a project. Engineers Who manages the projects are known as Project Managers. Project management is the practice of initiating, planning, design,executing, monitoring,controlling, and closing the project of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time. Project management is important because it ensures proper expectations are set around what can be delivered, by when, and for how much. Effective project managers should be able to negotiate reasonable and achievable deadlines and milestones across stakeholders, teams, and management by effectively handle the Processes, Resources, and People.
